6 Week Beginner and Improver Silver Jewellery Making Course

This engaging and professional jewellery design class is suitable for complete beginners or for those who want to improve and build on existing skills, and to learn the fundamentals of the ancient art of jewellery making and design. The first 3 weeks will be learning and discovering metal jewellery technical skills including; piercing, texturing, soldering, doming, polishing and much more! The remaining 3 weeks will be independently led to develop your own designs and consolidate new or existing skills aiming to complete (though not limited to) a ring, a pendant and a pair of earrings. Small copper sheets will be provided to explore and practise technical skills. Silver will need to be provided by the students for final outcomes. Advice will be given on how to order and purchase. £185 per person Class size. A minimum of 4 students and a maximum of 6 per group.Students must be over 18.Unfortunately with capacity this class is not suitable for wheelchairs. Missed classes. If you cannot attend one of the classes we cannot give refunds, however you can give your place to a friend to attend. Attire. Long hair must be tied back. Strictly no open toed sandals. Safety goggles must be worn whilst operating machinery. Waiver. Waiver forms must be completed before the start of the course Parking.
