Tickets: £5 - with all proceeds going to the Steve Dawson Memorial Fund to support young disadvantaged musicians and Madula's work with the New Vic. Join legendary community music organisation MADULA as they return to the New Vic with MADULA – The Next Generation - an evening that honours the memory of beloved founder Steve Dawson, whose vision continues to inspire a new wave of musical talent. Expect an electrifying evening as seasoned performers Mr Will, Joe Wilson, Ronnie Kirya (Jaguza), and Bruce Ncube share the stage with performances from a new generation of emerging creative practitioners. The spotlight will also shine on the Steve Dawson Memorial Award winners - young musicians whose journeys have been uplifted by bursaries in Steve’s name. This is more than a concert. It’s a tribute, a launchpad, and a joyful testament to the enduring power of community and music. Let the next generation move you.
